Roof Shingles for Townhomes (Updated November 2020) The “Resident Fact Sheet” Mentions roof shingles that are discontinued. The new approved roof shingle in 2018 was the GAF Timberline HD series in “Barkwood”- that has morphed into the Timberline HDZ series shingles but the Barkwood shingle still is there as of November 2020. These are tabbed, architectural shingles with high wind rating and can be used on residences in Aeries.
